The Baxters Copse oil discovery is located in Hampshire, adjacent to the Singleton oil field. It was discovered in 1983 and is again a conventional Jurassic Great Oolite limestone reservoir. Again, IGas is the operator and UKOG acquired its 50% interest from Northern Petroleum. IGas plans to drill a horizontal appraisal/development well in 2016.
